Zui hao de shiguang (Three times)

I've just watched "Zui hao de shiguang" ("Three times" is maybe more correct, but I prefer this name which also contain the director's view). In no doubt, it'd become my favourite movie following Wong Kar-Wai's (these days others mention them as if there isnt any other director in this world - that really makes me sick!).

Anyway, Wong Kar-Wai's works seem to be made for loneliness.

Luckily, Hou Hsiao-Hsien isnt Wong Kar-Wai.


I love this movie's structure and I really believe I belong to the First Segment which is translated as Time for Love for its beauty of meaningfulness and simplicity.
